Our Story

Founded in 2017, we are a digital casting and talent agency based in America, operating globally. While working in the industry, we noticed that new talent faced quite a few challenges when it came to being cast in film and entertainment. Only a select few who had the ‘right’ connections with producers and directors were able to book good roles. We found it unfair to an average person who has no influential connections.

This prompted us to build a portal that allows talent of all kinds to connect with production houses, directors and brands across the world. Apart from actors, we’ve also added models, singers, dancers, musicians, stand-up comics and writers to our database. We help talent land their first gig or showcase their skills to the right people in the industry. The work they get is purely based on previous projects and ratings.

Performing an excellent job consistently, being professional and punctual are the key to earning the same opportunities as someone who was born into the industry.

Our Achievements

Game-changing companies that go against the grain experience roadblocks while starting out. At first, we found it difficult to get people on board because there is a fixed model that the industry follows to hire talent. In the first year, we managed to get only a few hundred people to register. The next year a thousand more joined our ranks. In the third year, about 400,000 talent registered with us. We have also successfully placed more than 1,000 talent in various jobs around the world. This year, we aim to register more than 1 million talent.
